Umpire and referee scheduling for youth leagues

Every game covered.

Your umpires claim open games from their phones. Your umpire-in-chief sees what's covered, what's open and who asked off, without a single Friday night group text.

Starting with Little League baseball and softball in Texas.

The OfficialCrew coverage screen for an umpire-in-chief: 74% covered this week, counts for covered, partly covered, open and needs decision, and two release requests to review

How it works

  1. Post your games

Add the season schedule and set how many umpires each division needs: two for most games, three or four for all-stars and tournaments.

  2. Umpires claim them

Each umpire sees the open slots in the divisions they're cleared for and claims one with a tap. It runs in the phone's browser, so there's nothing to install.

  3. Your UIC watches coverage

One screen shows what's covered, partly covered and open, plus any release requests waiting on a decision. A coverage report lands every Sunday.

Three states, readable in direct sun. Every game shows exactly one, with a shape and a word, so nobody has to tell colors apart.

  • Release requested

Late releases get flagged. When an umpire asks off a game inside 48 hours, you decide: approve it and the slot opens, or keep them on. A covered game can't quietly go empty.

  • A coverage report every Sunday. Your coverage % for the week ahead and where the gaps are, in your inbox.
